My name is Jack Creamer, I'm producing the documentary "Programming Hope" which deals with the subject of unemployment among those on the spectrum and one company's answer to the problem. The nonPareil Institute in Plano, Texas trains and employs adults on the spectrum to create and develop games and apps for smartphones and tablets.
The documentary follows their program for a year and documents the lives of their crew to give some insight into what it means to be an adult in our society living with autism.
We're raising funds to finish the film on the crowd funding site Kickstarter, and could use the help of anyone who believes in this film or this subject. We have 6 days left and are hoping to increase the number of backers in our campaign to at least 200 (we need 60 more). Becoming a backer can be a donation of as little as $1!
